Soug Kiril Pejcinovikt Gymnasium

Soug Kiril Pejcinovikt Gymnasium of Tetovo is the oldest high-school in our region of Tetovo, it has been working since 1910. Today, there are 1116 students from different nationalities.
The teaching process today is realised by 106 teachers and the total number of employees is 126.

The gymnasium has a variety of subject for students to attend and that’s the key feature that so many choose our school.
Our students can attend any university when they graduate from gymnasium because they are prepared in different areas. Pupils study subjects like Albanian, mathematics, physics, chemistry, geography, biology, arts, music, physical education, sociology, history and civics / citizenship /social sciences and computer science.

They are also required to study at least three foreign languages. The usual combinations are English, French/German , Macedonian.

The gymnasium is generally viewed as a destination for the best performing students and as the type of school that serves primarily to prepare students for university, while other students go to technical schools. Therefore, gymnasiums often base their admittance criteria on an entrance exam, elementary school grades or some combination of the two.

Our motivation, for the project is helping students choose what’s best for them, with this we want to make improvements in our education process so in the future we have more qualified students and staff. We also want to include as many students as possible and give them the best high-school experience with all that the school can offer, to make the learning process as easy and interesting as possible, to motivate our students to learn and create work habits.

By teaching our students the basics of robotics, we can open a whole new world to them and exciting opportunities that they wouldn’t have access to otherwise. Additionally, programming and coding projects will give our students the opportunity to increase their skills on computer science and technology.

STEAM subjects -science, technology, engineering, art and math work together and interact. In this way we can canalize that our students develop in this area by themselves.
Concentrating on such works we hope that some of our students advance their careers on this area.
